Davide M. Carbone Named CEO of St. Mary’s Medical Center

Palm Beach Health Network announced today that Davide M. Carbone has been named chief executive officer of St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach.

Carbone has more than 26 years experience as a health care executive. He has served as vice president for operations and market initiatives for HCA’s East Florida Division. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer for Aventura Hospital and Medical Center from 1992 until 2005. In addition, he has held senior management positions at Humana, Inc., including Sun Bay Hospital, Westside Regional Medical Center and Orange Park Medical Center as well as a regional role including several facilities. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in biology from Clark University in Worcester, MA, and a master’s degree in health care administration from Duke University.
